With over 27 years experience, Managing Director Jim Grigoriou leads the
T.G. Newton team, born and raised in Oakleigh Jim has seen the area change
over the years. When he first started his career at Newton's in 1981 you could
buy a great home for under $50,000. Things have kicked on since then.

T.G. Newton first opened in 1875, located on "The Broadway" (which is now
Dandenong Rd) near the corner of Warrigal Road, the Business moved to
Portman Street, OAKLEIGH and later relocated to our present prominent
corner position on Atherton Road in 1952.
T. G. Newton prides itself on customer service and the office remains open 7
days a week until 7pm for the benefit of our clients, the company believes in
total client care, where the interests of the client must be paramount and
always take precedent over the interest of the agency.
